Little Wonders Occupational Therapy provides Paediatric Occupational Therapy services for children aged 2 through their teenage years. Our clinic is located at Geelong Kids Connect Therapy Hub for both initial and ongoing sessions, and we also offer one-on-one therapy services in home, kindergarten, and school environments.

Our Occupational Therapy service is dedicated to delivering creative, child-centred interventions and support to foster joyful participation in meaningful occupations for your child. We view each child as a wonder and aim to provide the best support for their development, independence, and skills, enhancing their function in meaningful child occupations.

This includes:

  • Promoting sensory integration and interoception awareness.

  • Offering emotional regulation and behaviour support.

  • Developing fine and gross motor skills.

  • Preparing for school.

  • Encouraging independence in daily activities.

  • Providing handwriting support.

  • Conducting assessments such as sensory and handwriting assessments, assistive technology, and functional capacity assessments.

We adopt an evidence-based approach, utilising programs and professional development developed by Kelly Maher, Kim Bartel, Dr Stephen Porges, and Dr Daniel Speigel, as well as Ayres Sensory Integration, Dr Chris Chapparo, Hey Warrior programs, Alex Kelly Social Skills programs, and the Learn Play Thrive approaches.

Our aim is to support and provide Neurodiverse-affirming therapeutic interventions and skills, empowering and advocating for the neurodiverse community.
